APEX Property Services Names Rhonda Reid Vice President of Sales
Grapevine, Texas, May 3, 2021 – APEX Property Services, a leading building services contractor that elevates expectations throughout Texas and beyond, has named Rhonda Reid Vice President of Sales. In this position, Reid will identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and lead the sales team.
Reid brings more than 30 years of experience in both commercial cleaning and real estate services to her new role. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Business Development for a regional commercial cleaning company. She began her career with one of the nation’s top five janitorial companies, later working with the second-largest direct-hire outsourcing provider in the U.S. She also has managed commercial real estate and directed the in-house facility services for the world’s largest wholesale facility.

Reid is an active member of the Greater Dallas and Fort Worth chapters of the Building Owners and Management Association (BOMA), the Dallas/Fort Worth chapter of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). A LEED Green Associate, she also speaks at industry-related events about green cleaning and sustainability.
